REFUND POLICY

90-day satisfaction guarantee
You have 90 days from the day you receive your order to request a refund if you are not happy with your product. You can use the product to try it; we only ask that it has not been intentionally damaged.

How to request it
Email us at mylumivex@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will reply within 2 business days. In most cases you will not need to send the product back.

We do not accept returns sent without a prior request.

Defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and the package. We will send you a replacement or refund your money, at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once your request is approved, we will refund you to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at mylumivex@gmail.com.

Your consumer rights
This guarantee is in addition to the rights you have under the law of your country, and does not limit them in any way.
