This notice governs access to and use of the My Lumivex website, dedicated to the online sale of LED light strips for car trunks. By accessing the site, you accept this legal notice, our Terms of Service and our Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies, available in the footer.

You agree to use the site lawfully, without harming its operation or the rights of My Lumivex or third parties. We may change the content, design and conditions of the site at any time, and temporarily suspend access for maintenance or technical reasons.

4. Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos, the My Lumivex brand and the site design belong to My Lumivex or are used with permission from their owners. Reproducing, distributing or modifying them without our written permission is prohibited. Third-party trademarks that may appear belong to their respective owners.

5. Product information
Our LED light strips are installed by the customer along the edge of the trunk opening and connect to the vehicle's trunk light so they turn on when the trunk opens. Before buying, check that the length you choose fits your trunk opening. Purchase, warranty, shipping and return conditions are detailed in our Terms of Service and policies.

6. Liability
My Lumivex is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the site, technical interruptions beyond our control, or the content of third-party sites accessed through links. This does not limit the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.
